Android Screenshots That Drive Installs

Three screenshots do 80% of your conversion work. Stop screenshotting raw screens.

The structure that converts

  1. Screenshot 1: A bold headline + the single biggest benefit (“Track expenses without typing”).
  2. Screenshot 2: The key feature visualized, with a one-line caption.
  3. Screenshot 3: Social proof or transformation (“Used by 10k indie devs”).

Design rules

  • Headline text 50%+ of the screen height. Real screen pixels are tiny on a phone.
  • One idea per screenshot. Don't cram.
  • Brand color in the background to stand out from competitor blue/white.
